Someone to watch over you.
Protecting our customers from Debit Card fraud is important to us. And we understand the busy 24:7 world our customers live in. For this reason, we have partnered with Fiserv EFT to offer 24:7 fraud monitoring and notification through the eNFACT Fraud Detection Center. Through this enhanced monitoring system, you can rest easy knowing that we have put the systems in place to immediately detect suspicious activity on your Debit Card.
Don't worry. We'll call.
If suspicious Debit Card activity is identified on your account, our card processing center will attempt to notify you by phone immediately. You will be asked to verify recent activity on your card via your touchtone keypad. It is important to note that First Financial Bank (or Freestar Bank) will NEVER ask you to provide your account information, card security code or social security number during this call.
Our number one goal, quite simply, is to minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any Debit Card fraud. To ensure we can continue to reach you whenever potential fraud is detected, please help us by keeping us informed of your correct phone number(s) and e-mail address at all times.
Protect Your Account and Your Privacy
Unless absolutely required for a legitimate business purpose, avoid giving out your:
- Address and Zip Code
- Phone Number

Your PIN is private; NEVER give it out.
In stores and at ATMs, always cover your card and PIN, and watch for:
- Cell phone cameras, mirrors, or other tools used to view cards and PIN's
- People watching your transactions
- Cashiers taking your card out of sight; take it to the register yourself

Online, you should never respond to unsolicited emails that:
